Minimal requirements for the staff recruitment:
- Russian Federation citizenship;
- completed higher education.
The process of the new staff recruitment consists of 3 stages:
- Preliminary selection via Internet which allows defining candidates who have personal qualities and skills suitable for the exact vacancy.
- The interview with the personnel director and the manager of corresponded structural subdivision which is held at the office of the company under preliminary invitation. During the interview the candidate is asked questions about his expertise and achievements, is given an opportunity to get the information about the Company and to ask the staff of the Company.
- The final decision of employment is made by all involved employees. In case of positive decision the candidate is informed about that decision by telephone or e-mail.
