Transgarant has become one of the founders of Noncommercial Partnership “Council of Railway Operators Market”

On 20th of May 2009 became the date of the first meeting of founders of Noncommercial Partnership “Council of Railway Operators Market” (NP). Transgarant is one of the  founders of NP, and the Managing Director Alexey Grom is the Member of NP Presidium. NP will represent the interests of privately owned freight rail operators – the owners of rolling stock.

During the meeting the list of members from 12 Russian freight railway operators and the charter were approved.  Due to charter, the development of new freight transportation marketing model, in-house standards and regulations of operators’ activities will be the priority trend of NP together with improvement of railway legislation.

NP will be the groundwork of self-regulated structure, which will carry out a part of government control of operator’s activities.
