Transgarant and Center of transport services (the subsidiary of JSC Kaztemirtrans) signed a memorandum about mutual cooperation

Firm Transgarant LLC (the subsidiary of the FESCO Transportation Group) and JSC Center of transport services (the subsidiary of JSC Kaztemirtrans, Kazakhstan) signed a memorandum about mutual cooperation.

According to memorandum, the parties have agreed about mutual efficient using of freight cars throughout Russia and Kazakhstan, consultations for more effective use of funds for renewal and renovation of rolling stock. There was reached an agreement about creation modern and reliable information systems in account and location of rolling stock in real time and mutual marketing services in cargo transportation.

As for parties meaning, the sign of memorandum is a very timely measure, which allows companies establish more close cooperation in development of transit carriages via Russia and Kazakhstan.

JSC Center of transport services is a 100% owned by JSC Kaztemirtrans which is in turn a subsidiary of JSC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. The company was founded in 2006 as a market-focused for render transport and forwarding services, including «door to door» delivery.
