March, 2006

• Transgarant became the owner of the warehouse complex Stroiopttorg in Khabarovsk. On the base of Stroiopttorg it is planning to create the universal terminal, which will render a complex of servicies on accepting and dispatch railcars and containers, processing and storage of cargoes.
• Transgarant became the owner of the Baltic cargo operator SIA Tektrans,  which transports liquefied petroleum gases and has a fleet of 216 large (76 m3) specialized tanks.

• Firm Transgarant was rated among top 600 companies of Russia by RBC version in 393 place.

November, 2005

• The Transgarant`s own rolling stock exceeded 6 000 units.
• The Pervoozernaya railway station  was purchased . It`s infrastructure would later be developed for servicing of freight cars arriving to the Chelyabinsk Steel Works

• According to Expert journal, Transgarant was rated among the top Russian major companies in 311 place .

• According to Finance journal,  Firm Transgarant was rated among the top 500 major companies in Russia in 331 place.

July, 2005

• For the first time , Transgarant`s own fleet of cars exceeded the share of leased ones. As of July 1, the company owned 5 282 cars.

March, 2005

• Firm Transgarant jointly with the subsidiary Transgarant-Vostok successfully put into operation it`s own diesel locomotive series 2TE10U for coal transportaion in company`s own cars from  Yakutugol to Yakutskenergo (Neruginskaya State Regional Power Station). The transportation is carried out according to special technology, which has been implemented collectively by Transgarant`s and Dalnevostochnaya railway`s specialists. The coal transportation with using of own diesel locomotive allowed to optimize gondola car`s working by  diminishing their turnover and also provided the uniformity of coal delivery for Neruginskaya State Regional Power Station.

December, 2004

• According to the Expert journal, Firm Transgarant  was rated among the top five biggest operator companies on cargo volume.
• General Director Sergey Gushchin was awarded a silver diploma of the Sverdlovskaya railway in  nomination the Top Manager of Operator Company of the Year.

October, 2004

• The license of Federal Supervision Service of Russian Transport Ministry was obtained for technical maintenance and rolling stock repair.

June, 2004

• Creation of the own locomotives` fleet.
• Program for purchasing tank containers commenced. On the 1st of June the first tank container was put into operation. As of the 1st of March, 2005 the fleet of tank containers consists of 550 cars.
• The company operates more than 10 000 cars and 4 182 of them are it`s own.

April, 2004

• The cargo transportation volume by own and leased cars exceeded 1.5 million ton per month.

January, 2004

• The company received the license of the Russian Ministry of Railways for railway transportation of cargo.
